Question - Required - For all 7-foot or 4-foot trees that you are designing, please list the tree title(s) as you want it to appear on the sign (think of this as like a movie title for your tree, NOT the names of people who are decorating the tree). If you are designing a 2-foot tree, wreath, or gingerbread house, please type N/A.

Question - Required - For all 7-foot or 4-foot trees that you are designing, please describe the theme of the tree (in same order as above). For all 2-foot tree, wreaths, and gingerbread designers, please type N/A.

I.E. size**, weight, power (if it's a gingerbread house or wreath), extra goodies that come with it, etc. Please see guidelines for each item to determine standard sizes.
