The Center for Autism Dream Team
This spring, the CARD Dream Team will be taking part in Kennedy Krieger Institute's annual ROAR for Kids for the 13th year!
The Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD) at Kennedy Krieger Institute is a multifaceted, interdisciplinary program serving children, families and professionals in the autism spectrum disorders (ASD) community. The center combines research, clinical service and training programs to unlock the potential of children with ASD, enrich their life experiences, empower parents and promote the well-being of families through evidence-based practices.
CARD's goal is to raise $25,000 to support the development of an app for an innovative video-guided autism screener that could be completed by parents at their convenience. The aim is for this new screener to support earlier detection of autism, and earlier access to intervention in order to improve outcomes for children with autism.
CARD Dream Team t-shirts are available for purchase in child ($10) and adult ($15) sizes. Please contact our team captain, Maraya Stolte, at 443-923-7585 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
